Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged item, we will work with you to make things right.
To return your order, please see the following steps:
- Take pictures of the damaged package and product, close-up and from distance with a full overview.
- Take pictures of the piece unpacked, both front and back.
- Take pictures of the piece inside the original package.
- Take pictures of the package. 1 picture of each side and 1 with the shipping label fully visible.
- Forward the pictures to me (email@example.com) together with the tracking number and the transportation company of your choice. (Preferable GLS)
- After we receive the piece, and it went through our quality control, we will refund your investment.
The steps are due to demands from the transportation companies, to insure any damaged done while in transit.
